Hi, I’m Katrina, the creator behind Maizie Moo.
Maizie Moo is built on love, family, memories, and the belief that beautiful scents and self-care products can make people feel truly special.
The meaning behind the name Maizie Moo is deeply personal to me. I named my daughter Maizie after my mum, who sadly passed away many years ago, so the name carries generations of love and connection. The two hearts within my logo each hold their own special meaning — one represents my daughter and one represents my mum. In many ways, Maizie Moo is not just my business, but a heartfelt tribute to the women who have shaped my life the most.
The journey began during Covid, when life felt uncertain for so many people. As a qualified beauty therapist and beauty teacher, I’ve always had a passion for beauty, fragrance, confidence, and helping people feel good in themselves. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something much bigger than I ever imagined.
Some of the very first products I created actually came from trying to help soothe eczema and psoriasis within my own family. That sparked a real passion for creating products that not only felt luxurious, but also brought comfort and care to people’s everyday lives. As friends, family, and customers started coming back time and time again with repeat orders, Maizie Moo naturally began to grow into the brand it is today.
Every product is created with love, care, passion, and pride — from handmade perfumes and home fragrances to body care and gifts. For me, Maizie Moo has always been about more than just products. It’s about creating things that make people feel happy, comforted, confident, and cared for.
What began as a small idea at home has now grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m so excited to continue sharing Maizie Moo with even more people.
