Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive confirmation of your order. Maizie Moo reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, or suspected fraudulent transaction.

All prices shown on our website are displayed in Turkish Lira unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is completed.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider, PayTR.

Maizie Moo does not directly store customers’ full debit or credit card details.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Orders within Türkiye are sent using Yurtiçi Kargo.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, and seasonal demand.

Maizie Moo will always aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders where stated on the website.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Maizie Moo as soon as possible.

If the order has already been prepared, personalised, filled, sealed, or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs where requested.

Eligible products must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, perfumes, body products, scented sponges, sprays, and other personal-care products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Personalised, custom-made, specially prepared, or made-to-order products may also be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law.

Any statutory consumer rights under Turkish law remain unaffected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Maizie Moo promptly with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution.

Due to screen settings, packaging updates, handmade production, and supplier changes, there may occasionally be small differences in colour, appearance, or packaging.
